Suzi is an experienced radio producer and programme maker. From her early days at BBC Radio 1, developing, researching and producing news programmes; and two years in the Middle East heading up news for Arabian Radio Network in Dubai, she has spent nearly six years working for the Prison Radio Association in the UK.
She’s made documentaries for the BBC on subjects including both stalking and pregnancy. During her time working in prisons she has interviewed female inmates about drugs, abuse and recovery, and created programmes highlighting the importance of prison education.
As a director at Story Publishing, in the past six months alone, Suzi has worked on a podcast showcasing the stories of technology entrepreneurs and thinkers – My Digital Journey – and has recorded a series with the Open University about prison education. This summer, she has produced a new podcast for the BBC to accompany The Baby Club TV show, working with Three Arrows Media.
